Dara Chafik, MD, PhD
graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. He then completed a general surgery internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of California, Los Angeles followed by a shoulder and elbow surgery fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Chafik is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. He graduated from Princeton University with his bachelor's degree and received his master's and PhD degrees in Middle Eastern Studies and History from Harvard University. |

David B. Siegel, M.D.
Dr. David Siegel graduated from New York University School of Medicine. He then completed general surgery internship and residency at Harvard Medical School followed by an orthopaedic residency at Harvard Medical School. He then completed two fellowships: pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Boston Children's Hospital and hand/microsurgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Siegel is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and has a certificate of added qualification in hand surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand where he serves on several committees. He is also on the Medical Executive Committee at the Tucson Surgery Center and serves on several community boards in Tucson. He and his wife, Linda, have been married for 27 years and have three daughters.

Harold A. Romero PA-C, MHPE
